What's the difference between the packages?

We offer two packages: The flexible DIY package gives you full access to Heisenware for independent development and operation of your apps. You can extend it with various add-ons as needed. In the Managed Solution package, we act as your complete service provider, handling both development and long-term support of your apps – essentially your all-inclusive package.

How is the price determined?

For the DIY package, pricing is based on your active apps and chosen add-ons. For the Managed Solution, it depends on your specific requirements: How complex are your applications? What level of support do you need? Where will Heisenware be hosted? We'll be happy to create a customized quote for you.

What payment options are available?

You can pay monthly or annually by invoice (15-day payment term, payment in advance). For annual or multi-year contracts, we reward you with discounts and complimentary extras like private onboarding.

How many users can I add?

For platform users ("Members"), there's no restriction – invite as many as you want for free. There are also no limits on app users ("Users"). However, if you want your users to register, you'll need the user management and authentication add-on.

What support do I receive?

The DIY package includes best-effort email support. Need guaranteed response times and prioritized handling? We recommend our Premium Support add-on. For Managed Solution customers, we define support levels and SLAs individually based on your needs.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, for the DIY package! Let's discuss what you want to achieve in a demo call – then we'll define the length and goals of your trial period together.

Where is the data stored?

We use GDPR-compliant data centers in Germany (Hetzner). Alternatively, you can run Heisenware on-premise or in your private cloud.

I'm a service provider - can I manage multiple clients?

Absolutely! That's why we developed our Workspace feature. Each workspace is a separate unit with its own database, configuration, and integration. The special part: you can manage any number of workspaces from a single account – perfect for service providers and large enterprises who want to strictly separate their apps, integrations, and data. Feel free to reach out if you need more details.
